Some say this hare looks cross, well you've heard of the mad March hare haven't you?
Hares are such beautiful creatures and their stunning orange/yellow eyes are mesmerizing so in this painting I've tried to keep it loose and free just like a hares in the wild. 
 
I've painted this semi abstract predominantly acrylic piece on a stretched 18 x 24 inch canvas using an abstract mixed media technique. It has been sealed with matt varnish, the edges are painted black and it is ready to hang.
